The saw blade is tensioned using industrial gas springs for floating support, allowing the blade tension to be adjusted to the optimal state. The guide blocks are made of tungsten steel and copper alloy, offering high wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, which improve cutting stability. Vibration amplitude testing shows a value as low as 0.01 mm, effectively reducing wear during the cutting process.
The drive pulley is directly connected to the motor. The motor is equipped with a braking function that allows the drive pulley to stop instantly. The addition of variable frequency control ensures the saw blade accelerates smoothly during startup, avoiding excessive impact and extending the blade’s service life.
The saw blade cutting speed is adjustable to meet customers’ requirements for cutting various materials.
The thickness adjustment plate features a reinforced design, making it easy to adjust the processing thickness without wobbling during movement. The sliding table assist system makes operation easier.
