Constructed from sandblasted 304 stainless steel, this food-grade conveyor belt knife holder features a gantry design with single-sided dual-rail guidance, ensuring high strength and resistance to fatigue and deformation. The front section is equipped with a feeding platform, while the rear features a discharge conveyor belt, enabling convenient and efficient operation. Controlled via a PLC, variable frequency drive, and touchscreen, the system offers a high degree of automation with CNC thickness adjustment and digital thickness display. Cutting thickness is freely adjustable, and the machine can cut into portions as needed. A pneumatic material clamping device ensures stable material transport during cutting, resulting in meat slices of uniform thickness and neat arrangement, which are then discharged via the conveyor belt for convenient packaging. Through various cutting methods, the machine can produce cubes, slices, or strips. It is capable of processing frozen meat products, ham, and beef (ranging from -10°C to 0°C), making it ideal equipment for processors of spare ribs, pork chops, beef steaks, and grilled meat. It is widely used in large and medium-sized seafood processing enterprises, and meat processing enterprises.
