Application:

Primarily used for peeling winter melons, this machine removes the outer skin quickly and efficiently. It is suitable for vegetable processing plants and pickled vegetable processing plants.

Operation:

1. Before peeling, ensure all vines are completely removed from the winter melon.

2. If the winter melon is uneven in thickness, position the thinner end toward the front to facilitate feeding into the machine. 3. For curved or misshapen winter melons, place them steadily with the narrow end facing forward and the curved side facing down. The operator should assist in pushing the melon through the peeling process.

4. If the melon becomes stuck during peeling, stop the machine immediately, remove the stuck melon, and only restart the machine after it has been removed.
