The entire unit is primarily constructed from sandblasted SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring safety and hygiene.

The side panels are made of food-grade stainless steel sheets that have been bent and sandblasted, allowing for easy disassembly.

The support frame is made of sandblasted SUS304 stainless steel tubing.

Potatoes or other ingredients are pre-soaked, and the impact of air bubbles on the surface of the ingredients softens and dislodges dirt and sand, allowing the ingredients to absorb water and become tender, thereby achieving optimal results in removing dirt and peeling.

The feed end of the lifting conveyor is positioned within the washing tank, integrating washing and lifting functions. The tank is equipped with slotted grates to facilitate the separation of ingredients from water and impurities.

The conveyor belt is a PVC-coated chain-type toothed scraper belt, and the entire conveyor assembly can be removed from the soaking and lifting machine.

The discharge outlet is fitted with silicone cushioning pads to prevent physical damage to the ingredients from impact.

The variable frequency control system allows for different operating speeds based on the type of vegetable material, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance.

The bottom of the soaking elevator is equipped with a silt separation screen, with a wastewater valve at the bottom and an overflow outlet at the top.

The mobile casters facilitate easy movement of the equipment and convenient operation.
