Overview:


When used in conjunction with a meat roll tensioning machine, the meat roll filling machine can replace the current manual process of filling meat rolls. The resulting meat rolls are visually appealing, uniformly shaped, and firmly and fully filled.


The pneumatic tensioning and clipping machine is a new type of clipping machine that combines tensioning and clipping functions into one unit. It features reliable performance, a rational design, simple operation, high efficiency, labor savings, strong sealing force, excellent sealing performance, and ease of maintenance.


This machine is widely applicable for forming lamb rolls, beef steaks, and filling ham sausages. After the packaging film is clamped by the clamping cylinder, the stretching mechanism pulls the casing to the required tension, allowing for immediate clipping, sealing, and cutting.


The degree of filling can be adjusted at any time via the pressure regulation device. Subsequent clipping by the clipping cylinder ensures the product is fully and evenly filled, resulting in excellent slicing quality.
