Overview:


The vacuum tumbler features a low-center-of-gravity design with a rotating support frame and a tiltable drum structure.


It is suitable for curing Western-style sausages, ham, bacon, and roasted meats, as well as traditional Chinese poultry, braised meats, and snack-style meat products.


Key Technical Features: Low-center design, forward and backward tilting drum, large loading capacity, thorough unloading, easy cleaning, and convenient operation. Continuous vacuum function utilizing a water-ring vacuum pump.


Optional circulating water tank. Variable-frequency stepless speed control with a speed range of 2–12 rpm. Operation controlled by a time relay.


Cycle Mode: Forward tumbling – pause – reverse tumbling – pause. Optional mobile hydraulic feeder available.


Entire unit constructed from 304 stainless steel; drum interior finely polished with no hygiene dead zones. Compact design facilitates transportation and installation.
