Overview:
The vacuum tumbler features a low-center-of-gravity design with a rotating support frame and a tiltable drum structure.
It is suitable for curing Western-style sausages, ham, bacon, and roasted meats, as well as traditional Chinese poultry, braised meats, and snack-style meat products.
