Overview:
This machine slices primary ingredients such as meat chunks, smoked meat, fish, cheese, and sausage products to the user’s desired thickness. Depending on the application, this is achieved using either a smooth blade or a serrated single blade.
Safe and Reliable Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with three layers of safety protection (main blade lock, cutting chamber door, and feed door proximity switches). All edges of the equipment have been rounded to eliminate any exposed sharp corners.
The feed distance of the advancing mechanism is controlled via the HMI to adjust the thickness of the cut material.
The entire machine structure and components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the feed and discharge chutes are constructed from genuine imported stainless steel.
The interior of the equipment is sealed, non-toxic, and harmless, meeting food-grade hygiene requirements. Meat slices do not stick together and are square and aesthetically pleasing.
