Overview:

Equipped with the most reliable imported PLC control system currently available, this machine features servo motor-driven feed, low noise, and a low failure rate. It utilizes a dual-guide feed mechanism, automatic feeding, and an automatic return function for the feed mechanism upon completion of feeding. It is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, making it maintenance-free.

Capable of slicing 4 rolls (slabs) of lamb or beef at once, with a starting height of 20 cm, allowing for vertical slicing of beef slabs. Thickness adjustment range: 0–50 mm (adjustable according to user requirements). Processing capacity: 80–500 kg per hour.

Meat rolls require no thawing, ensuring high processing efficiency. The machine can produce various roll shapes (thick rolls, thin rolls, long rolls, or straight slices), with finished slices appearing neat and attractive.
