The equipment consists of three stages:

The primary wash, secondary wash, and air-drying/drainage sections. The primary wash uses recirculated water and excess water from the secondary wash tank for spraying. The secondary wash section comprises two parts: recirculated water spraying and clean water spraying. The water from the clean water spray mixes with the water in the tank, then flows through an adjustable overflow outlet into a diverter pipe, which directs it into the primary wash tank. A drip tray at the bottom of the air-drying section channels water into the secondary washing tank, while excess water from the primary washing tank is discharged outside the equipment through an adjustable overflow outlet. Perforated plates are installed on both sides of the washing section; positioned 120 mm from the tank side panels, these form side channels to allow debris to exit. When the water level is adjusted to the height of the scraper, the machine can wash spring onions and similar vegetables, ensuring the washed produce remains neatly arranged.
