Primarily used for slicing and dicing pork/lamb ribs, poultry, fish (at temperatures above -5°C), air-dried meat, and similar products;

Features conveyor belt feeding and discharging, ensuring neat cuts, easy operation, and rapid packaging of finished products.


Cutting Specifications:


Cutting specifications can be customized to meet customer requirements. Different blade sets can be quickly changed within 3 minutes to accommodate various cutting specifications.


Cleaning: The feed and discharge conveyor belts and blade sets can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning, meeting food hygiene standards; the entire machine features a waterproof design and is constructed entirely of stainless steel, allowing for direct water rinsing.


Configuration Options: Can be configured as a dual-unit, linked L-shaped small-scale production line for rapid dicing; also compatible with central kitchen or food processing workshop production lines.
