Overview:
The entire machine is constructed of stainless steel, meeting food production hygiene requirements. It features functions such as intermittent filling, single-batch filling, continuous filling, automatic portioning, and automatic tying (suitable for animal casings).
Controlled by an advanced AC servo drive system, the filling volume is easily adjustable with high precision. For volumetric filling, the single-batch filling error does not exceed ±3g (for minced meat), and the single-batch volume can be freely adjusted starting from 20g (for minced meat).
Filling is performed under vacuum conditions, effectively preventing fat oxidation, avoiding protein hydrolysis, and reducing bacterial survival rates. This ensures bright color, rich flavor, and a long shelf life.
Can be configured with various dual-card stamping machines for synchronized automatic filling.
