Overview:


The entire machine is constructed of stainless steel. The drum is 100% insulated, and the cover opens and closes via electric controls.


The machine features a reverse operation mode. As the mixing arms rotate, the scraping force on the scraper surface increases in synchronous operation mode, naturally reducing processing time.


Consistently maintains excellent mixing and tumbling effects. The mixing arms can move independently or in the same direction as the scrapers, ensuring consistent product quality.


When moving in the same direction, the mixing arms can operate ahead, behind, or in sync with the scrapers. Shear force can be adjusted for different products to prevent dead spots.


The innovative lightweight design of the scraper arms reduces the actual weight of the large scrapers. Plastic scrapers keep the tank walls clean and free of material buildup, and are easy to install, remove, and clean.


The control system features a human-machine interface (HMI) that can store multiple processing procedures and recipes, and is intelligently waterproof. The open-top loading device allows for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.


The feeding device’s excellent sealing ensures that liquids flow into the tank without spilling.


Depending on the processing requirements of different products, the vacuum speed can be adjusted to be fast or slow. The control range can be adjusted between 5% and 95%.
