Comparison between the triple-screen, double-blade model and the traditional single-blade, single-screen model
Single-blade, single-screen model: High cutting resistance during each pass; if the meat thickness is 6mm or less, grinding time is typically prolonged, causing the meat temperature to rise and increasing the risk of spoilage.
Three-screen, three-blade model: Utilizes coarse, medium, and fine screens for cutting, making mincing easier, producing finer and more attractive results, reducing processing time, and minimizing meat spoilage.
Double-sided blades: Two double-sided blades perform dual-sided cutting, resulting in four cuts total—more efficient than the single-blade model’s single cut—
Produces more attractive minced meat: By passing the meat through multiple plates of varying sizes, it achieves a uniform texture and enhances the visual appeal of the minced meat.
