The slicer is a critical piece of equipment in the production process of meat products. It slices raw materials such as meat blocks, smoked meats, fish, cheese, and sausage products to the specified thickness,

producing slices tailored to customer requirements. Depending on the application, this is achieved using either a smooth blade or a serrated single blade.

Safe and Reliable Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with three layers of safety protection (main blade lock, cutting chamber door, and feed door proximity switches). All edges and corners have been rounded to eliminate any exposed sharp edges.

The feeding system and gripper structure feature user-friendly design, along with an automatic reset mechanism.

The feed distance is controlled via the HMI to adjust the thickness of the sliced product.

The linear guide and lead screw structure design reduces stalling and improves product quality.

Meat is fed in incremental steps, minimizing compression during the cutting process to ensure product aesthetics and enhance quality.

The entire machine body and components are made of SUS304 stainless steel; the feed and discharge chutes are constructed from genuine imported stainless steel.

The machine body features a silver-white matte shot-blasted finish to reduce corrosion and enhance aesthetics, with fully welded joints. The interior is hermetically sealed, non-toxic, and harmless, meeting food-grade hygiene requirements. Meat pieces do not stick and remain square and visually appealing.
