The entire machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel with a plate thickness of 3 mm. It features a compact, high-strength cage-style body with a polished and brushed finish, designed for optimal hygiene and easy cleaning.


The machine’s blades are made of stainless steel and undergo a special hardening process, ensuring sharpness and durability. These are genuine blades designed specifically for food processing machinery. The machine employs a double-edged cutting mechanism with tightly fitted blades and independent blade assemblies. The noise-reducing, high-strength nylon gears are fully removable.


The upper and lower sets of intersecting blade assemblies perform precise, fine cutting of meat without damaging the food’s fiber structure. The cut surface is smooth and fresh, ensuring meat products are of uniform thickness and consistent high quality—a marked difference from existing meat-cutting equipment on the market that relies on squeezing, pulling, or twisting.


Equipped with swivel casters with brakes for easy relocation and secure positioning, this machine can slice boneless meat, pickled vegetables, and other elastic foods into strips.
